Nicole Lachman, AGNP-C, lives with her family in Middletown, Delaware. She obtained her Adult and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner from Wilmington University and is wound care certified. She works as a Nurse Practitioner for Advanced Healing, Inc., the parent company of M and L Health Services. She has decades of experience in the long term care setting, and is passionate about the elderly. She is Co-President of M and L Health Services, and will serve as the East Coast Regional Lead Nurse Practitioner. She oversees education and training for new hires and welcomes the complexity of wounds in the facilities.
William Matthews is the Co-President of M and L Health Services and serves as Director of Operations for the parent company of Advanced Healing. William began his career with service to our country in the United States Navy. Following his honorable discharge, he worked tirelessly as a Paramedic, and then as a Paramedic Instructor. He is lead point of contact for both companies and oversees the scheduling, billing, coding, and office management. He lives between Milford, Delaware and Kapaa, Hawaii, providing an energetic leadership role for both regions through technology and personal attention.
Teresa Matthews, FNP-C is the Chief Operating Officer of M and L Health Services, and founder and owner of Advanced Healing. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner and also certified through the Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse Association. She began her career in wounds through a Medicare B billing company, and always realized she could bring a company to much higher heights once she surrounded herself with talent. She recognized the need for quality Medicare B suuplies through her practice in long term care. She oversees Corporate Compliance and is a Lead Nurse Practitioner for the East Coast and Regional Lead Nurse Practitioner all of the Hawaiian islands. She writes the formal education that is presented to facilities to promote awareness and management of all skin integrity issues.and founded The Healer, a peer reviewed wound periodical.
